Why Should You Buy Home Insurance?
Staying at a comfortable house with lovely family is happiness. You can sleep tightly at night after getting tired of working all day in your own bedroom. On weekends, gathering with family is very fun while watching television, drinking tea, sharing life story, and doing many other interesting things together. Everything is more perfect especially if you have a complete set of furniture, advanced electronic products like computer, air conditioner and heater, fridge, etc. and even complete facilities like patio, swimming pool, and garden. Do you have home insurance anyway? It isn’t reasonable if you haven’t bought home insurance yet although you are very happy to stay at your home. By purchasing home insurance, you can take advantages because your insurance company will pay for: Read the rest of this entry » -
Additional Income from Deals That You’re Doing Anyway (2)
Without losing focus on your primary business, you may want to spend some time and find the best providers of these services in your area. Then work out a referral program in writing. Perhaps a 10 to 20 percent referral fee off what the service provider makes is appropriate. Read the rest of this entry » -
Additional Income from Deals That You’re Doing Anyway
Most people like you and me focus on only one or two ways to make money when they first get into real estate. For instance, you decide you are going to buy and rent a buy-fix-sell property. Nothing wrong with that. But now is the time to open your mind to new possibilities and increase your income by 30 to 50 percent (perhaps even 200 percent) without working too hard. If this is the case it should be stated in your lease, so read the fine print! Read the rest of this entry »

Insuring Your Home against Theft This Christmas Season
Statistically speaking, the holidays are among the highest density times of the year for home invasion and theft. Incidentally, police forces report that vandalism also increases during this period. It turns out that since so many of us have manic schedules over the holidays thieves say that this is a great time to find their targets. Not only are we forgetting our wallets and leaving the front door unlocked more during this time, but many people also leave town for at least a couple of days. The good news is that the loss from theft can be recouped under a bog standard home insurance policy–but like anything it’s never that simple. Read the rest of this entry » -
Fellow Architect, Have you got Health Insurance yet?
Few day ago my friend, Lori, sick. After we brought her to hospital, we know that she got a pretty serious disease, heart attack. What a pity! But that was just half of the problem; the other problem was the cost of the cancer treatment is extremely high. In fact, she has a job as a independent architect just like us but she doesn’t have any health insurance. Therefore when it comes to something like this, she must pay the entire bill by herself! Can’t imagine the number that she have to pay! Read the rest of this entry »
