Prepare a Meeting? Hire an Event Organizer (EO)
Often on our business routine we are asked to prepare a special meeting where every broad member of our company or our important client will (hopefully) come. The problem is, most of us don’t have so much time to prepare everything. Like book a meeting hall in a famous hotel, prepare the rundown of the meeting, and set up the atmosphere inside the meeting room as well, etc. There are too many thing need to be prepared. That’s why I recommend you to hire an Event Organizer to handle this problem for you. Some of you might think that, it is a waste of money. Hiring them will cost more money. Well, I don’t think so, wanna bet?
Event organizer (EO) is a group of people who occasionally help people to prepare their event, in our case meeting. They have more experience than we have so that they know what to prepare in very detail. If you want to do it by yourself, for sure you will miss a lot of detail yet your guest will be disappointed and your deal comes to nothing. In your opinion, which one is cost more?
Keep in mind that you have to choose the right EO as well. Try to meet some of them before you make up your mind. Some of them is good but the rest pretty sucks. Ask about their portfolio, I mean the list of the client that they have before and try to contact some of them to ask about the real condition about their service. This is how you find the one for you. A bit time consuming at first but after that you can use the same service for the rest of your event, right?
Need my recommendation? Well, if you live in France, I know a good one there, Holiday Inn Meetings France. They have 60 famous hotel partners around France so that you need to worry no more. They will handle it all for you. You just need to sit back and let them to do their magic!
